While I have has glasses for years I have always gone to another local eye doctor but my father has always gone here so I decided to give it a try. As a new patient I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment to do paper work. I was finished with the paper work by my scheduled appointment time but sat and waited for another hour and 15 minutes before I was taken back. The young woman who began to examine was very nice and apologetic. However, while I was present the doctor came in and treated the lady helping me very rudely. I found it unprofessional to chastise your employee infront of your patient. After I was done my initial testing I waited another half an hour in the examining room before Dr. Zeidman (the same doctor as previously discussed) came in. He was not friendly at all but cold, as I attempted to make conversation he completely ignored me or responded rudely. After my exam I was fitted for contacts, another polite lady assisted me and asked what contact solution I use and gave me a sample of it. When the doctor again returned he, again, treated this lady rudely and chastised her for the sample solution she gave me even though it was the solution I already use. I was then fitted for glasses, this wait was not long at all and another friendly woman was very helpful. My entire appointment took a total of two and a half hours. I have never had an appointment last over an hour. Needless to say I will be returning to my previous eye doctor.
