Chef Jerry Phipps and wife Angie opened Caruso's Italian Caf in December of 2000. Caruso's soft lighting, tasteful music, and simple elegant ambiance, make it a highly desirable destination for that special birthday, anniversary, or just anytime your in the mood for great Italian food. Chef Jerry's culinary background is specialized primarily in Northern Italian cuisine, which he learned under the guidance of Italian chef, Alessandro Fasani.
