Terrible customer service skills. I am a veteran and had them come to my house for an "informational" meeting, where the employee tried to force me to sign that night. I told the employee I wanted to look at the figures and he got mad and hostile. It was awkward and felt like a scam. I am glad I did not follow through. They don't seem to care about veterans, just about their commission. Ungrateful company.
