If you've been in the shop recently you've probably noticed a few changes. A comfy new seating area with magazines ( and not just the latest Vogue Knitting!) to keep the guys happy among other things. We've been moving shelves and tables around to make room for the new yarn that's been arriving..Frog Tree, Pura Bella, Serendipitous Ewe and Rock Creek to name just a few. And there's much more to come. We're also working on a series of Trunk Shows featuring some of our favorite yarns and accessories like Dream in Color, Blue Heron, and HPKY. We'll keep you updated as we finalize these events. And while the three faces above are probably familiar you've noticed that two are missing. Marnie has accepted the position as Vice Principal at Easton High School and Willie is probably somewhere in Greece or Spain right now. So, Rita, Janet and Perri decided to step in and take over the shop. You all know Rita as the "Queen of Crochet" or as we like to call her, the "Happy Hooker". And Janetthe lady in lace. The things she can do with lace weight yarn and a few beads are not humanly possible! Of course the best part is they can teach you everything they know. Perri is usually the one behind the counter ringing up your sales but she can whip up the cutest baby hats and if you want to get her really excited just mention socks on two circulars!! The thing that hasn't changed is Frivolous Fibers' love of YARN!!! We love yarn!!! And we're always on the lookout for that gorgeous yarn that everyone just has to have.
