If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. My daughter was in an accident with our 2004 Hyundai Sonata and the other driver left the scene. I took the car there for an estimate on the recommendation of State Farm. First of all, it took them 4 DAYS to get the estimate to State Farm and their recommendation was to total the car. I told State Farm to cancel my claim, I drove the car (totaled right) to another body shop, got an estimate within 15 minutes and the car was repaired 2 days later for $1700. They totally wasted a week of my time.
