History:It all started in 1983 when the first Cecil Whittaker's opened in South County. A small restaurant with a small menu offering dine in, carry out and delivery. We saw the demand for a new choice in St Louis Style pizza and quickly opened stores in North County, St Charles, West County and St Louis City. Originally only serving pizza and salad, you the customer wanted more so we added pastas, sandwiches and appetizers to the menu. During the 1990's, we grew as a chain and increased our number of units. Today, we have 25 locations to serve you in the greater St Louis area. Chain wide we have 15 different franchise owners representing 22 locations with 3 corporate owned units. Products: St Louis style pizza is our main stay. A crispy, cracker thin crust loaded with St Louis' own Provel style cheese, a special blend of Cheddar, Colby, Swiss and, Mozzarella. Only the freshest ingredients are available for toppings. A wide variety of appetizers broaden our menu including the St Louis favorite, Toasted Ravioli. Buffalo style chicken wings are a big seller as well. The salads are fresh and crisp and add a great addition to any order. For something different, try our sandwiches and pastas. A wide range of hot and cold subs are available. Our pastas rival any Italian restaurant in taste and quality.
