EAAYC was officially entered in the Congressional record (E1352) June 22, 1999 as a model program in the area of community development, and to combat drugs, and juvenile delinquency. Ajamu Babalola President/CEO Minister Babalola is a consultant and a highly respected speaker. He holds advanced degrees in Human Services and Spiritual Caregiving and over 40 years experience in community building/ organizing and program development. Minister Babalola and his wife Aseelah were twice recognized (1999 and 2006) and highlighted for their innovative programs by Fox Network Affiliate (Channel 13) as “What’s Right With Tampa Bay.” Minister Babalola is the founding president (1989) of the South Clearwater Citizens for Progressive Action (SCCPA) which has received local and national recognition for its success as neighborhood watch group and neighborhood revitalization. Minister Babalola is a Trainer/Facilitator, Board Certified and Accredited by the IAA.
