I refinanced from 30 years to 15 years and the pay off was calculated by the estimate I had given on my application. The loan was held by them and refinanced by them. At closing I was expected to give them almost 7000.00 and they never even called... (More)

Great customer service and easy to deal with. Although... Post closing on our home 1 month later we were contacted stating a 'human error' on their part neglected to calculate 1 quarter of escrow in our payments. Granted this is money due regardless... (More)
