This was the first time we had rented an RV and we were a little nervous. They were very professional. They went over everything to expect in the rental process from start to finish. They also went over all of the do's and dont's of using the RV and when we hitched up and left, we felt very comfortable in towing and using this RV. It was the perfect size for us and had all the features we wanted. Very clean, well maintained. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would rent from them again.

We took our first ever RV family vacation in Jim Lamb's 28-foot motorhome. The vehicle was perfectly, and I do mean perfectly, clean upon delivery and performed beautifully on our 2-week trek through Colorado, up to Yellowstone, and through the Black Hills of South Dakota. Mr. Lamb is extremely professional, keeps his vehicles well maintained, and after considering 4 other RV rental companies, I can say with assurance that he gives the best service. We would definitely use this company again.

We rented the 21' camper for a 4th of July get away, and it was fantastic. This was our first camping trip with our 18 month old son, and he had a blast!! The camper was well maintained, and the process of renting it was super easy. Jim was completely professional, and made the rental of the RV painless. We received a nice, very clean RV in a timely manner with thorough training to operate appliances, showers, heaters, etc. Expect to return your RV rental in the excellent condition in which you received it. We rented our first 28' motorhome and could not have had a better experience. Jim was very professional and thorough. The motorhome seemed brand new. Jim took the time to explain everything before we left. His prices were very fair and he returned all of our deposit upon our return. We look forward to renting from Jim again in the near future, the kids had a blast!

I highly recommend Lamb's RV Rentals based on my experience this past week end, and previous experience renting from other RV rental competitors. I was very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and how thorough the check out process was. The cleaniness and working order was excellent, and the fully equiped hitch & sway bar set up is what you would want if you owned it yourself.

My family rented the Class C RV as a test drive - to see if we liked the experience. The vehicle was in great condition and delivered on all we asked of it. We would rent again from Lamb's in a heartbeat. They made the process very simple. A great way to get the RV experience without the hassle of ownership.

Very clean and nice campers. My only ding is that we took extra care to pamper the camper and even spent over two hours cleaning it inside and outside at a commercial cleaning facility, only to charged for additional cleaning expenses after the fact. Thus, we spent more time cleaning it then the owners and we were billed additional cleaning as well. I would recommend reviewing the inspection process and reset realistic expectations. Campers are meant to be driven to vacation locations and normal wear and tear happens. Customers shouldnt be expected to spend half a day of their vacation detailing them. Plan on budgeting additional expenses to whatever is quoted.

Lamb's RV's are very, very clean, stored in a nice facility and customer service is a A++++. Owner is available to ask any questions, troubleshoot and works hard to provide great customer service. He explains how to operate and supplies a guide for the RV. He is fair, honest. We will do business again the next time we are able to head to the Hill Country!
