I took a set of evo heads to have the valves/springs reinstalled, one breather bolt hole repaired and one new breather bolt (+ one extra bolt). (The heads were previously ported and flowed.) I told Jim the time frame I needed them back (7 days) and was assured that would be no problem. Jim asked Joel if everything was there - valves, springs and keepers. I called several times and could only talk to Joel. 7 days later I get a $600 quote. Told them I was not interested in all the work he insisted on doing and only the repairs I requested. Went to pick them up and had to wait nearly 45 minutes. Jim insisted I pay for work they had done. (I guess it was for the time ordering breather bolts.) I never authorized any work done on a $600 quote. Paid $100.00 and left with everything in a box. 1 day later I have the heads at another shop and they tell me a set of springs and the breather bolt I needed replaced was not in the box. Went back to FP and they looked thru the total mess where you see Jim and Joel work. They never found the springs but came across the two breather bolts they ordered. Jim really showed his class when he only gave me 1 of the 2 bolts they ordered. (They only lost one!) So I was out a set of springs and the time I spent calling/waiting for a quote. The other shop was able to repair the damaged breather hole, reinstall the valves/springs, make a custom breather bolt plus hone the cylinders for $325 - 3 days.Jim was very arrogant, Joel (according to Jim was "in training") had no idea what was going on and the place is extremely unorganized. When you walk in, your first impression will be to leave. Wish I had!

I cant leave a negative star but if I could I would. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF.FYI, I am not a guy who leaves reviews and or has ever left a review before, but in this case it is a public service. I was getting a set of wheels powder coated and took my wheels in for tire removal. I was quoted $50 per wheel, I thought that was very reasonable with mounting and balancing. One week later I got my wheels back from the powder coater and I dropped them off. New wheel bearings were recommended and not a bad suggestion. I didn't figure it would make that much a difference in price. A couple days later, we were there at the end of the day. We waited for 30 minutes before they actually got around to ringing us up. They took so long I had to take a phone call. I handed my GF the credit card and I went to the car. At check, out my GF was charged almost $400. I didn't notice because I was in the car on a call with my attorney. After finding out I turned around and headed back to the shop. Surely, there was a mistake in the charge. They were already gone, the gate was closed. I called the shop number and left a message with one on the techs for the owner to call me in the morning and told him the reason for the call.Saturday, no call. Monday no call. Tuesday still no call. Wednesday I called and talked to the same tech. The owner would not get on the phone. I discussed the issue and asked him what his shop rate was. They don't have a shop rate posted and he could not answer my question. He said that is how long they had tied up in the parts because they didn't want to chip the power coat. I said you guys have a tire machine and putting in and removing bearings should take less than one hour with the rims off the bike. I was charged 3 units of labor for $300. I asked if they thought that was reasonable. I got a quote from Team Scream cycles for $50 a wheel including the labor for the bearings. They said they were not making any time adjustments for the labor. Just fyi these are NOT pressed bearings. They are tapped in and out with a hammer and normally I do this work myself. Hindsight is 20/20 I will never use this shop again even though it is less than a half mile from my house. I would never ever recommend anyone going there either. I should have read their reviews first. That is why I am leaving one now. Maybe I can save some someone from getting ripped off or piston-ed. UNBELIEVABLE!

I had the best biking experience in here, They have lots and lots of bike and even more parts, affordable parts, in here. I love that they also have so many things to say about how to make sure that you are taking care of your bike.
