"Our goal is to be the most customer focused company in the moving industry. We pledge to "Be the Customer" by striving to understand your expectations and meeting them consistently. " The Beltmann Group understands how important customer satisfaction is to our continued success. In an effort to constantly strive to not only meet, but exceed our overall customer service standards, we embarked on our company wide quest to create a "Be The Customer" pledge. Our "Be The Customer" pledge is derived from core questions that will determine how both our internal and external customers expect to be serviced and communicated with throughout their Beltmann experience. Each new employee that joins the Beltmann family is expected to honor the pledge and provide our customers with unprecedented levels of service. In addition, every one of our drivers and crew leaders is expected to deliver a pledge to our customers on site, at origin, before their move commences. By undertaking a pledge of customer satisfaction we hope to not only promote, but enhance what differentiates us from any other mover. It is our pledge to our customers that will truly make your experience moving."
