I had the best pre-car buying experience ever, but since I bought the car, it has been by far the worse! The sales crew is great, they tell you exactly what you want to hear and that they stand behind their product, but when you have an issue, you get the run-around, they don't return calls, and they definitely do not stand behind what they tell you before you bought the vehicle. BE CAREFUL when they tell you things like "we'll look into that" or "we'll check that out for you" because that's exactly what they will do...they will look at the problem and defer the cost of repairing to you! All I can say is be very careful and make sure you get the agreed upon repairs in writing before signing a contract...better yet, go to another dealership that will treat you right after you've paid for your vehicle. Worst post car buying experience I've ever had!!! Dealership does not care about its customers and does not stand behind its product! I have told and will continue telling EVERYONE I know to avoid this dealership (both locations)!!! From the GM to the sales reps, they all tell you what you want to hear, but do not deliver on what they say they will do.
