Sorry ass customer service. I was actually going to buy a new mower. Owner said he had this used one someone had just traded. Gave him cash. Long story short. Had to bring back several times due to mower not running properly. Finally I asked him to buy it back he said NO.
There is a Bad Boy Dealer in Sealy I recommend.

In response to Mike C....... Here are pictures of the ticket showing when he brought his mower in and when he was called and told it was ready. Also shown are the charges. This mower was outside for over three months before he picked it up yes the new coils were rusted.Bare metal rusts quick in Texas!! He dropped off his mower on Nov.30th 2016 and was called on Dec23rd 2016 and was told we would be leaving out of town until Jan 5th 2017 and he said he would be here the next day to pick it up and after several more phones calls and three months later he finally picked it up March 10 2017. I could have legally sold his mower for charges after 30 days but I hate doing that. I could have charged him $3.00 a day storage but I didn't. He is being dishonest when he says we kept his mower for a couple of months and dishonest when he says we charged him $700.00 to replace coils and he is a flat out liar when he says we put used coils on his mower!! I have been in business here for 26 years and i sell a half a million to three quarter of a million a year of Bad Boy Mowers so I don't need to cheat anyone out of a set of $100.00 coils. I have been doing business with S & S Small Engine Repair for at least twenty years and they have always done a good job on my equipment. I have seen the owner go out of his way to help people with their mowers over the phone and in person. Good people I highly recommend!!!

i dunno they were awesome for me.. even went out of their way to find a replacement cap for my grandsons go-cart ill continue to shop there myself bunch of great guys!

Took tool for repair, was told it'd be ready in 2 weeks, took 5 weeks. When I called asking for update, I was treated like I was a bother. Counter staff was especially rude. Please save you some grief and do not spend time or money at this awful, awful business (if you can even call it that)
