As with any nursing home or business there are always going to be problems that need to be worked out, but the staff... (More) As with any nursing home or business there are always going to be problems that need to be worked out, but the staff at 5th Ave have treated us like we are family from day one. Welcomed us like family and take our concernes right along with our smiles. Our decision to put our family member here was not an easy one, but now we know it was the right one knowing they are taken care of. Thank you.  (Hide)
