This place is a joke, I bought a couch that was supposed to be grey in color special ordered it when it arrived it was a blue couch I went back to them and ask for an exchange for a different couch because the color was hideous and they wouldn't exchange the couch for a different one because it was a special or a couch even though it wasn't the right color now we're stuck with a hideous color couch and they wont do anything about it because all sales are final we spent $2,500 on the ugly couch that we're stuck with now and they won't exchange it for another one we've done business with these people for years and have spent well over $50k and have never asked to return anything ever, and for them to not take back a couch that was the wrong color is ridiculous we will never do business with them ever again.

They were very professional and not at all pushy very patient. Extremely helpful and really know there products.

I am a repeat customer of Valley Furniture. I just bought a coach and sofa made by Broyhill (about $1, 700) from the store in Rohnert Park. I was told that back cushions have dividers in them so that their fillings does not shift and bulge over time. Well, this same thing happened only after 4 weeks of normal use. The back cushions looked unpleasant and the whole furniture looked very used as the results of this. I called Ken the sales person. He was very nice and promised to get back to me shortly. He called me back in less than an hour and arranged to pick them up for repair. The crew showed up the next day and took the furniture back. They brought them back in two days and now they look much better. I was very pleased with the service which they provided me.

We went to every store in Santa Rosa and then after a quick bite to think over where we were gonna buy our bedroom set we decided to just poke around in valley furniture (we were at in n out). When we walked in to the store we got a friendly hello and were left alone for like 10 min which is one reason aside from the awesome prices, amazing quality and great choices that we decided to buy out bedroom set here.. for such a large purchase i honestly enjoyed being left alone to make our decision without a nagging salesperson on our back the whole time. Well-worth it in every way possible..

They've got some good furniture here, but the prices are a tad unfair. Furniture is furniture for christ sake! Oh.. a plus? They do an excellent job with deliveries. Nice selection. Nice staff.
