Like the other reviewer said, if they have to do any actual work you can forget it. My address is Gold Hill and I can't even order anything from a company that doesn't use UPS or FedEx unless I want to go pick it up or it's small enough to fit in the box. They sure aren't going to bring it to the house. I work in a job where I have to deal with package deliveries and I have to say that the USPS is a shame. They are rude, disrespectful and will not take responsibility for anything. I just laugh every time I see those USPS commercials where they act like they care about your package or you as a customer. The feds need to let this go, it's a money pit. The employees get paid too much money to be rude and unhelpful. If I treated people they way they do I'd lose my job.

This place does not pick IP mail if your flags up. They also will not allow you to come get you mail or packages etc. Never in my 38years have I been to a post office that will not give you your mail that is yours someone closed this turd hole down and build a tacobell there service is far better then this backwood redneck post office there drivers are rude and it don't matter if its your mail or not if they have to do 1 sec or more of extra work well to damn bad town of Rockwell nc tear this place down and make something that works better then this place... A hole with a outhouse on top would be a great improvement...and it would stink just as damn bad as the people and workers that are at this post office
