The Value Place Rockwall is a short-term residential hotel that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. The hotel features high-speed Internet free parking laundry service and fax and copy service. The room amenities include air-conditioner shower satellite TV, full size refrigerator microwave and ironing board. The hotel rates are priced for a minimum one-week stay and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When the stay goes into the next week another weekly rate is charged. However even though many people decide to stay for months many guests staying less than one week find this place less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move-out depending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 10am-2pm and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests.

Definitely a cool place to hang out at night. They have a nice pool and that you can sit out by and have drinks outside.

While our hotel is a cool place to stay, we don't have a pool nor do we encourage our guests to hang out and have drinks in the parking lots. We are ultra clean, safe and affordable.

This is a great place to stay when you are in Rockwall,Texas. Friendly staff. Katherine & Tim were very helpful. rooms clean we felt very safe. will be back on our next trip.

I was in Rockwall for three weeks on business and stayed at the Value Place and found it to be spotlessly clean, in the center of everything and Decinda the property manager took great care of me. Next time I'm in town I'm staying here.

This was a great value and a super clean hotel. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms had full size refrigerators, kitchens and everything. We look forward to our next stay at Value Place
