TLC - The Treatment and Learning Centers is a local, non-profit organization in Rockville, MD founded in 1950. We specialize in programs and services for individuals with special needs, including special education prek-12th grade through the Katherine Thomas School, pediatric speech and occupational therapy through the Outpatient Services, hearing aids through the Family Hearing Center, testing and tutoring services and the Outcomes Service for adults with disabilities. We also offer childcare and a preschool for children primarily without special needs.
