Tonight, we asked for broiled or grilled scallops instead of deep fried. The dinner was delicious and affordable. We also had the most amazing lava cake which was a chocolate cake with a rich chocolate sauce inside. It is the best dessert I have had in a very long time. Our waitress was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant, providing you stay away from the fried fish which has a very thick batter. (Hide)

(More) the food is good, but the owners, or one of them, is a complete tool. he's rude and degrading to patrons. i was floored to hear how he treated one of my best friends while she was trying to set up reservations for her rehearsal (wedding) dinner. not only does the restaurant lack in communication, but they managed to royally upset the bride, the groom, and both sets of parents and lost 2k in business. again, because of my friends poor experience, i will be willing to forgo the scrumptious food (the bride is a relative of the cook, and he's the only reason i went there to begin with) to go to somewhere that the patrons will be treated well. oh, and as a heads up. the owners also run black bull tavern which i used to frequent, and no longer do.
