I own a 10 year old Zenith console which I love and fits into my dcor perfectly. I was devastated when it would not come on with the remote or the "on" button. I had some idea of what it would cost to replace it and did not want to spend that kind of money at this time. I found Rochester TV's ad in the yellow pages and even though I knew they were not open; I called to leave a message that I would like to ask some questions as to whether it might be worth getting fixed. Luckily, the owner was there and knew as soon as I gave him the model number more about the TV than was in the booklet that came with it. He came on his day off to pick it up and called me with an estimate including picking it up, bringing it back , and setting it all back up which was more than reasonable. My 47 inch flat screen wouldn't turn on, I replaced a few capacitors myself but didn't fix it, I took it in to Jeff and he had it fixed the next day. Not the cheapest but good fast work with a warranty.

It has been several weeks since Rochester TV & Radio repaired my 52" big screen. My set is performing flawlessly thus far. I might add that I was very pleased with the promptness of service and the courtesy of their employees. Quality service on all fronts.

Jeff did a good job repairing my Vizio HDTV. He had it diagnosed within a day of dropping if off and repaired within a day of the diagnosis. Although I would have liked for the pricing to be cheaper, he was still lower in price than the Competitive Alternatives. Andrew

repaired my mothers poloroid lcd tv in one day!! rebuilt the power board and a one yr. warranty!! saved a lot of money over a new board!! cleaned inside and out. they know what they are doing!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Called to see if they could wall mount a new tv asap. Wound up buying a new LG 50" plasma tv from them. They installed in on my existing wall mount and removed by old broken tv that day for no additional charge.. I checked prices and found they were as good as anyone but the service was better. They had to come back the next week to adjust my dvd player to the new tv. They did this at no charge. I highly recommend them. They did what they said, when they said and at the price they stated.
