I've been to this Popeye's many times .. As ownership has changed has it has gotten a lot worse .. Now I go in and not many can speak English . I see the girls sitting on the counter with their hair all in the food . The management is terrible. There is no talking to them . There are a few women that are the nicest people but as for the rest of them they are terrible.. Food is nasty any more... I will go to KFC from now on ...

Second time I have asked for Spicy and received several pieces that were not spicy. Not enough time to take it back but did try to call--Impossible because the phone 9045961 rings busy all during lunch hour. Since the new owner(s) took over, the place is just not the same. They used to run special sales, but no longer happens under the new owner. Not happy with this POPEYES

Chicken usually is good but a lot of times you don't get 8 different pieces something is always missing. If you ask for spicy it may be available and maybe not, if you ask for mixed you are lucky if you get those correct, or get home and you have only breasts and thighs, husband doesn't like breast. Sometimes it is greasy also and the rolls are funny they don't know how to make biscuits. When you get sides the price has definitely gone up on those and the Cajun rice is soupy a lot of the times. Hope this new management will be better quality.

If you get a box of chicken in Roanoke , VA be sure to count the pieces before you leave. They seem to have a counting problem there. Chicken is good but you don't get what you pay for!!!

This has to be the worse Popeyes that I have ever been to. They never have wings. They tell you that it will be 2-3 minutes and the wait is closer to 20. Terrible! We patronize the mom and pop place just down the street.

The chicken is always fresh and not greasy ...best chicken in town
