Let me say the Dental Hygienist is a delight. The Dentist himself is pleasant, however I feel anyone who is a new patient is prey to unnecessary dental work. They definitely upsell, which lead to a 2nd opinion. Not only did I feel ripped off, but what amazes me is how rude and cold the front office is. I'm not paying anyone who talks that way to me. The kicker is when I said I wanted to schedule an appointment they wanted a deposit and I about fell out. I've never been asked to pre-pay for any dental work in my life and that was the final straw. I finally told the dental office I'm sure I make more than the dentist and I don't pay for any service prior to it being rendered.

Although the equipment is state of the art the office is poorly run . I have had numerous problems with billing, insurance and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the office is managed. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Cohen is a wonderful dentist, being afraid of going to a dentist, he made me feel very comfortable and atease. I was not afraid of anything, he was very gentile and caring about his patient. I surely would recommend him to all of my friends. He deserves a 5 Star from me. Thanks Dr. Cohen, you are the best!
