In addition to the monthly rent for your spacious apartment which includes a private balcony or patio, emergency call system, trash removal, laundry facilities, and private parking, you can choose our congregate service package which includes: Delicious meals Recreational and social activities Housekeeping Local transportation Health and fitness programs Our Catered Living Program provides services for those needing additional assistance. In-home health services are provided by an outside agency, and are available for you at an extra cost. Our Staff is friendly, courteous and always there to help with full-time reception and 24-hour communication with on-duty personnel. Our facility has well-lit hallways and corridors, and elevators with slow-closing doors. In-room features include 24-hour emergency call service and handrails in the bathrooms. Many units are handicapped accessible. Olive Grove is a full service retirement community providing the following services and amenities: Housekeeping with clean linens provided Exercise classes Three delicious meals each day Chapel Local transportation for shopping and medical appointments Two libraries Pool and spa Game and billiards rooms Cable TV in all apartments Exciting activities For your convenience, at an additional cost, we offer an on-site beauty salon and a general store.
