I just had surgery on my pressure sores when my rehab wheelchair breaks! They cam on sept 9 and brought me a loaner. (Not a rehab chair) and I assumed they would take my chair that day but they just got the model number to order my parts or so I thought .at any rate they did take my chair finally on the 19 and now I'm told if I'm not nice to her I won't ever get my chair and certainlt not by friday .rude and un proffesional!! Don't go here
