This company is one that you really need to make sure you keep all your bills or any documents they give you,... (More) This company is one that you really need to make sure you keep all your bills or any documents they give you, specially when you return the equipment. It's been over a year since Charter came to pick up the equipment and for reason they lost the equipment. Now I'm getting charged $305 for something they pick up and they lost it. I've called several times regarding that some of the reps tell me they did find it and when I tried to pay the $25 pass due they want me to go thru the collect agency. The collect agency is saying I still owed $305!! I called Charter back and now another rep told me that they haven't found the equipment, I still owed $305!! (Hide)
