I just wanna give it 3 star because the service is not too bad. They are not very professional but get the job done. The salesman i worked with was good with the knowledge of product but technician wasn't very caring or professional about his job.

If they offer you a good deal such as $100 gift card with installation it may be worth trying them.

Absolutly incredible system, our technician Travis was outstanding and very knowledgable. He helped us customize a system that met or exceeded all of our requirements. There was no hard sell and he actually saved me money by recommending configurations I hadn't envisioned. I've always been cautious of monitored systems but with Travis's training we were up to speed in no time. Also after experiencing a hardware failure ASC sent Travis back out to correct deficiency at a time at our convenience.

We got our new ADT burglar and fire alarm system yesterday. The technition, David, established immediate rapport with us, advised us of our options, then installed the system quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He was very neat in his installation, and he answered all our questions and instructed us on the use of the system. Although this was our first experience with ADT, as Bogart said to Claude Rains in "Casablanca", "This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship!"

I just got my alarm system two days ago and so far so good. It makes me feel much more secure. Jesse, the technician who installed it was very nice and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone. Good company great technicians.

avoid at all cost awful customer service

My system was installed two days ago and so far it has been working perfectly. The gentleman that came for the installation in Martha avenue ,Cerritos was very friendly, patient and highly knowledgeable. He took time to discuss the full working principles of the systems, the future capabilities and the special benefits of having the ADT security systems.

My system was installed by Josh, here in Carlsbad. He did a great job and informed me of all the ins and outs of my system. All of the suggestions he made were great, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was up and running in about a hour. Great work and very clean. I will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors. Diane Goodwin

this company had a good special which prompted me to call. They were not bat and switch. They gave me a good basic alarm system for a great price.

I am not impressed with their billing dept. This is the second year in a row that I have gotten a final notice as my first renewal notice! and it has the wrong contract time period on it.I think I will start looking for a new dealer who has better record keeping.

I purchased a system (camera's etc.) several years ago to monitor my Mom's safety. The camera's never worked right. Sometimes would work, most of the time they were black when trying to view from my pc. Motions would get stuck, it would never replay like it was supposed to. You name it, everything went wrong. Techs never showed up on 3 different appointments. Even contacted the owner of the company in Riverside, Ca and he would not respond. It was under warranty and the owner would not do anything. Finally took him to small claims and the owner never even appeared. Had a bench warrant for him, and of course I won and got my money back. Not only bad equipment, but bad tech support, bad customer support, and the owner was the same as his equipment and employees.....not response. Easy to deal with when you want to buy, but try having a problem and nobody is around to help or follow up. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! RATED NO STARS OUT OF 5.....

It started out well, I even recommended them to others. Then I started having problems with my system and for what ever reason I can't get the techs to call me back. I have the direct numbers to the techs, and when we do speak, he promises to get a work order written up but NOTHING. Another time I had a appointment set up with customer service and the tech never showed up. The tech finally calls towards the end of the day assuming this was a old work order and I tell him no, I am having problems with the motion sensor and key fob. He tells me he will call back with a new apt but NOTHING never calls back! I have had motion sensor and key fob problems for months. I am so fed up with I want to cancel the contract but it would cost to much. I will never recommend this company to anyone again.
