I went to this place June 1, 2015 to get an eye examination.. I called back 9/ 10 times to see if my new eye glasses was ready. The young ladies that answered my call, all said the same thing we'll check your insurance and give you a call back. NO CALL BACK EVER.. My insurance is updated and active. so I just didn't understand why this company didn't contact me. Lack of professionalism . it's now Oct 8, 2015 I had to handle it on my own. When I called my insurance company , I was told they sent my eye glasses June 4, 2015. Everything had been paid for and sign off. IT TOOK FOR ME TO DO EVERYTHING MYSELF TO GET THE RIGHT INFO ABOUT MY EYE GLASSES. SMH. JUST SAYING ALL OF THIS COULD OF BEEN RESOLVED IN JUNE.. I hope no one else experience this.(STILL NO EYE GLASSSES) !!!!!
