Although the waiting time today at the Valley Emergency Room was atrocious, around 2 hours or more, I was completely satisfied with the service of ER personnel when I eventually got inside. Nurses, support personnel and PA were outstanding. Warm, compassionate, friendly and highly professional ladies deserve a lot of credit. Specially Martha Ramirez, Megan Tornia and Jamie Kentos. Congratulations, The Valley Hospital, for having such people in your work force. I am tremendously grateful to them for taking care of me in time of my need. Thank you ladies! Overall 4; for personnel - 5.

drs in ER seem like they could care less...nurses are harried & running around...i had 1 dr come in on her cellphone chatting & it sounded like a personal call...started the exam & when i started asking questions, she said oh, i have to call you back, i'm with a patient now

Difficult to reach hospital billing services. Not helpful.

I was a recent patient at Valley for a total knee replacement, on October 26th. I spent 3 days at Valley and cannot begin to tell you how great the service and care were during my stay. Everyone was "fantastic". My nurse and tech. for each of the 3 shifts, came in at the beginning of each shift to tell me they were there, and insure that I was totally happy and comfortable. I believe it was the finest hospital stay I have ever experienced. The staff made me feel that their only job was to make me feel as good as I could while I was there, as if I was their only patient for that shift. After spending only a few minutes with each of them, I felt as if I had known each of them for a long time. They were very friendly and caring.
