Loved my experience. Went to get a present for my niece but had no clue what to get. Luke (I think he was a manager) couldn't have been more helpful and patient. I have been to other Gamestops and this was by far the best experience with the best rep ever.

The store is neat and the associates are helpful and friendly, especially Hanna.

Went to this store to buy a "new" 360 slim, asked for a "new" 360 slim, paid for a "new" 360 slim and wouldn't you know that when I got home and opened the box it was a refurbished console!! I will never go back to this store to so much as a buy a battery. If they are so sly as to pawn off a refurbished console as a new one and charge you new price who knows what they do to their other items. Sincerely pissed off customer!!

Man its freaken sweet everythings organized and the employees are great. Eric is a worker (i think thats his name) and he told me what games were worth buying and was real cool. Im definiatly going bak asap!!!
