Big on polite, poor on performance. In my experience, they talk, they entice, then they forget about you. For 11 weeks I tried to get them to design a web site, as they promised. Nothing, Periodic phone calls, personal visits, e-mails, even a letter to the head guy. Nothing could get them to move. It appears they had simply lost interest in my project, perhaps because I wasn't big or important enough. Who knows? Fortunately I wasted no money on them, only a lot of time.
