I hired this company to move two 52 inch high def TVs x box blue ray player numerous exercise equipment kitchen table & chairs etc I did not receive 16 items on my list! the two 52" high def tvs. , xbox, blue ray player numerous exercise equipment I receive the kitchen table but did not get 4 kitchen chairs, brand new motorcycle helmet, skiing equipment expensive sword items I purchased at Disneyland with daughter. This company stold approx. $10,000 of my property. this family owned company refuses to do anything about it! let your family, friends, and the military know about this company with thieves working for them! Now I have to hire an attorney. they gave me a quote but increased by $1,100 .

I haven't had to use movers that many times before but I am so happy that we decided to with our last move. Kennewick Transfer and Storage did an awesome job!

I always like to use local businesses when I can and this local business is one I will continue to use. I appreciate that when everything arrived it was in the same condition I had left it in. It made moving into a new house and getting all of our belongings there less stressful.

Horrible service and business practice -WARNING TO ALL‎: I retrieved my piano from storage after 1.5 years. Kennewick Transfer (KT) attempted to blame the other piano moving company for the damage to my piano while in storage. It was clearly stored in the wrong position and caused my piano to crack and dent. I submitted my claims to KT in September 2009 and had to contact them couple dozen times and threaten to sue before they decided to pay out the claim in January 2010. I have a full grand piano weighing 825lbs. They kept arguing with me on the size and did not pay the claim in full. In reality, my piano cost $2100 to repair the damage KT caused. I didn't think I was going to run into this problem and defaulted to insuring 0.60 cents/pound and KT only paid $420. KT has very poor business practice and substandard customer service. They have no ethics and do not take ownership of their problem. KT does not return phone calls or emails. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
