Horrible service! Have never been approached by such bad customer service in my life, staff is rude and dismissive. Actually felt like I was bother the assistant at check in. Seriously horrible. Find another dentist, the dentist may be great but the staff alone will make you run in the other direction. From flat out rudeness to judging from the moment I walked in, this place is seriously in trouble. My suggestion fire the two at the front desk, as one sat in her chair rubbing her stomach and listening to what seemed to be a personal call on speaker phone, didn't even manage to get a greeting out. To the other, very rude lady by the wall who acted like I worked for her. Sorry without clients you don't have a job! At the moment I am shocked that you do. Customer Service like this needs to be seriously terminated! Then assuming I needed to be reminded 3 times! That if I miss an appointment I will be blocked from scheduling and will need to do call in same day appointments only. REALLY!! You have no clue who I am just because you choose to judge me by my "cover" has no influence on the type of person I am or the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars my insurance has paid out for medical care and treatment. Your Loss!

great place to visit..IF you don't need any dental work actually done, So I'm in the Tri Cities wa area .. I have two cavities, one right in the front tooth.. yet this guy says.. well its in a hard spot to fix ( yeah right in front and all) so if there is no pain we will just let it go.. WELL THANK YOU.. you know.. having a cavity in the front smiling at people when I talk is just OKAY THEN..because he says its no big deal.. I guess actually doing something for the visit money was to hard or took too much time.. I have an appt at another dentist to get my teeth fixed.. again if you just want a show.. great station.. if you need work done.. dont waste your hard earned money to hear this yoyo say.. its not so bad YET.... hey doc..thanks for NOTHING on 32
