I would like to tell you- you have 2 really great employees at your store on 3800 Kietzke Ln. They are Tom on the floor and Lori at the cash register. I just left that store and they were very busy...Tom immediately ask what I was looking for and it was the water pressure machine which he walked me to and answered all my questions. He proceeded to get a shopping cart and put this big box in it. Told me if I needed help to my car have them page him.Then Lori on the cashier told me where to find the free tarp at the back of the store and told me I didn't have to stand in that long line again just bring it right back to her. She suggested the insurance as I'm giving it as a gift which I purchased. I definitely will be a word of mouth advertiser. I'm 74 years old and I appreciate the courtesy and respect your employees showed. I have been in your store before and will continue to shop there.Thank You Tom and Lori Patty
