Ron Burns, Managing Partner, has been serving central Oregon since 1997. Benefits FOR THE EMPLOYER using our services include: cost control, professional compliance (payroll, IRCA, EEOC, BOLI), claims management, workers comp, unemployment insurance, accounting, handbooks, forms, policies and procedures, W-2s, garnishment reporting, PTO tracking, time clocks, direct deposit, and business consulting. FOR THE EMPLOYEE: comprehensive benefits including section 125 plans, 401k plans, group health plans, dental insurance, and supplemental insurance plans. We also provide multi-state payroll processing, new hire reporting and much more. We handle the full scope tax deposits, payroll tax filing services and annual W-2s. We provide on-call HR support and consultation, and benefit plan and COBRA administration. OnePoint creates better employer/employee communications, provides punctual and accurate payroll, professional assistance with employee-related problems, professional orientation and employee handbooks and up to date information on labor regulations, worker's rights and worker's safety.
