UPS IS CRIMINAL AND IS COMMITTING FEDERAL OFFENSES!!! My boyfriend had sent a large box of my things from the 410 reading crest ave location in Pennsylvania to me in New Orleans. When the box arrived it was in a different box then what my boyfriend originally sent and 2 of the most expensive items were missing out of it and replaced with a pair of boots and powder packets, yet the other not so expensive items were still there. Customer service has done NOTHING to help. So not only is ups GOING THROUGH OUR MAIL (federal offense) but they are rewrapping the boxes and putting different items in to make sure it weighs the amount said in the box. OBVIOUSLY they have been doing this for a while! UPS ARE CRIMINALS THEY HAVE CRIMINAL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE STEALING ITEMS. DO NOT USE UPS!! Go to fedex!!! This is the first time I've ever used ups and this is what happens.

This is my 2nd complaint in 6 months. I was home today waiting for my delivery. When it did not arrive I checked the tracking and found it was delivered to "other." Who is "other"? 2 hours later my next door neighbor came home and found it on his porch. Lazy delivery person can't get it on the right porch!

Although I have a covered carport attatched to my house, their untrained driver constantly leaves packages, displayed to everyone who passes by, at my uncovered front door during rainstorms. I would love to complain, but with no local phone listing, I have tried to speak to somone on their automated "800" number. When it tries to connect me to a customer service representitive, I get a busy signal.

why would 2 packages ordered the same time, from the same business, be delivered to 2 different address? The first one went to my physical address & the other went to my Post Office. Both were addressed the same...to come to my physical address. They are not huge packages either. Not happy with this service!
