DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i sat waiting outside in the cold for 2 hours i called them 3 times and each time they said 15 mins they said they showed up but they never did. They then proceeded to tell me i was an "ahole" and to forget it they werent sending a cab. I was treated very badly and they handled the situation in a very unprofessional way the guy then started yelling at me and i asked him nicely to stop. He told me he had 20 calls and that i was blasting his phone up this is highly unacceptable you dont treat a customer like that.

Worst taxi company I have ever used. I regret wasting money on this trashy company. They epitomize the worst of Berks County and I am ashamed to live in such a place. Never again will I set foot in their crummy smelly vehicles. I'd rather walk or thumb a ride. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible co. and horrible cabs and drivers. Cabs are extremely filthy and smelly. Drivers are rude. Women who answer the phones are hoodlums. I came home jumped in the shower, the cab smelled so bad. Never again.

BAD SLOTH/SNAIL SERVICE!!!!!!!2/3 hour wait! JUST HORRIBLE

First thing that needs to be said about this company is the women they have answering the phone, are ghetto hoodrats that specialize in ignorance. Never again will I use Reading Metro, I was 45 mins late to work today when they never showed for a scheduled time call, I called back and was told each time my cab was five mins away. After tracking on their oh so reliable app my taxi hadnt even moved from his previous location. I called Reading Metro taxi back and again exclaimed that I was going to be late for work and honestly started to get a little irritated because they talk to you like your a joke. I def recommend grab a cab, the guys and their employees are so nice and alot more reliable and quicker than Reading Metro. You can def tell the difference between the two companies. I'd much rather deal with a company thats honest and courteous and polite.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive used them for a long time. They don't ever answer the phones and if they do they never show or take two hours to pick u up. Worst cab I've ever taken, you've officially lost my business I'll be taking a real cab company from now on out with WYOMISSING TAXI.

I am 6 months pregnant and I used this company often until they lost control of their drivers. I was told three trips in a row that it would be 20-40 minutes. Two hours later I am still standing outside waiting, freezing. I call back 'oh five-6 more minutes' call back 10 minutes later: "won't be more then 10-15 minutes a driver has been sent to you" 30 minutes later nothing. They will cost you more then fare they will cost you your job, home, this company will cause you to lose everything. Honestly you are better off walking. At least if you walk you know you will eventually get where you need to be.

This company is terrible! Acording to the supervisor named Elizabeth, they have no control over if you actually get picked up or not. They tell you that it will not be longer then 40 minutes and two hours later you are still standing, waiting in the snow. This is not because they are too busy but because the drivers do not feel like going your direction. Then you call to complain and try to find out how much longer and because the dispatcher does not like your attitude they start screaming and cussing at you over the phone. Good luck if you want to use this company. Be prepared to wait forever, miss your appointment, get treated terribly, possibly even lose your job like I did because of relying on this cab.

This taxi service is the best I have ever encountered. I have ordered their taxis for a particular time and they have always showed up. The drivers are polite and helpful. The cars are clean. Highly recommended.

No matter which phone number I called I stayed on hold for over 15 minutes. That was a half hour wait to get a cab called. Waiting in a bad area waiting on hold that long in the freezing temperatures... They need more people answering their phones. This was at 10pm on a weekday.
