I was hesitant to take a group here because of the negative reviews. I took my family of 30 here in August 2011 and we had an enjoyable evening. The large variety of food was enjoyable. No one was rude as other reviews stated. The girl did stand around as though she was concerned about getting paid, but I guess that was due to the group size. I plan to go back in Septement & take my husband's side of the family.

I planned to have an enjoyable dinner with my family celebrating my daughter graduating from senior high school. It was a disaster! The front desk staff was rude, the place where we were seated didn't accommodate our needs so some of my party had to sit elsewhere. We had to continuously ask for the drinks we paid for. And I had my receipt thrown at me. It was horrible!

Yes, I also noticed the front desk Exe staff as cold and rude. Food is good and lots of it.

This is the worst place to have any type of special event or party. My family had my niece's baby shower here on a Saturday and everything was going smoothly until management tried to evict our group from the party room. Apparently management had double booked the room and wanted us out (prior to the allotted time) so they could make money off of the next group. When we wouldn't agree to leave, management became rude, crude and extremly unprofessional, at one point actually yelling "Get Out, get out now!" They did this right in front of the guests and tried to remove some of the baby gifts from the table in an effort to make us leave. Their behavior was downright despicable and resulted in the police being called. This was totally uncalled for as we had a reservation, had paid a deposit and agreed to all of their terms in order to hold our event there. Rude, unprofessional and poor customer service. That coupled with the slop being served = FAIL!

I was planning a graduation party for my son .I called and ask about having a party for 50 and reserving one of the party rooms.I spoke to a person who identified themselves as management and was charge of booking the party rooms .He agreed that my saturday date and time was available..My name was placed in the reservation book for that date and i was told to bring a$100 deposit into the store and the balance due the date of the event.When I visited the location to pay my deposit i was told they don't book partys on saturday at the time of 6p-8p .My name,date and time was indeed in the reservation book.But they could not tell me who had booked the reservation.They meanwhile offered me a dinner time of 11a until 1p.I then showed the manager my invitations that had already been professionally done and she said well i can't do it.I then explained that I had the invites made the next day and booked the after party following .THEY COULD CARE LESS,,they refuse to accomodate the reservation

The food is great love it, definately going back.

First time going was on a Sunday. It was raining outside and yet crowded in the restaurant. The line went smoothly and fast. The inside decor is great and spacious. The food was great, just like the other Hibachi Grill Buffets; especially the fried shrimp and different varieties of seafood. The only thing I did not like is the scooping of the ice cream. I think they they need bigger ice cream scoopers, but we liked the fact that you can get different flavors of ice cream like Baskin Robbins. Overall 4 out of 5, thumbs up.
