We used Blue Diamond Limo for our wedding in May 2010, and they were excellent. We ordered two limos, and they both showed up well ahead of time, and they utilized alternate routes extremely well to get us to the chapel ahead of time also, always managing to miss the traffic, even though it was a holiday weekend. The cars were very nice and in good condition inside and out. The drivers were helpful, polite and friendly and helped to ensure that we had an excellent day. Our travel was totally stress free, and they were fine with taking ten people home at the end of the night and making ten different stops. Very friendly people, and their communication and organization were excellent over the phone as well. The price was lower than other companies. All round, absolutely excellent.

Looks to me like this company likes to write fake reviews for themselves... Kinda turned off by the fact that all their reviews are signed similarly, and the names of the user accounts that gave the reviews are, and many end in 123. I don't think I will be trying this limo service just because of that.

Other services are kind and helpful with making a reservation. This place was rude and discourteous because we had the nerve to ask them to match a price of a competitor since that is what they advertise. Whoops! Don't actually expect them to honor their ad. Rude Staff and high prices

Our daughter Kelly was the one who reserved the limousine for our 25th anniversary, but we'd like to be the ones who responds to the survey. All we can think of to say is WOW!! Although we didn't have any contact with you or the office, Kelly did tell us how helpful and responsive you were when she called. So we'd give you an E on that complete section.As for our driver, we can only say that he went above and beyond an "E"! Terry arrived early, was very courteous, professional, and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Considering that this was our first limousine ride, that was no easy task! Even though it was a bit misty, he put out the red carpet for us and then opened and poured the champagne before we left. We arrived for our dinner reservations at just the right time, and he was waiting for us when we finished (with a half dozen roses!).
