(More) they absolutely suck at professionalism, prompt attention to issues, transferring existing plates to new vehicle, returning phone calls, issuing the referral bonus for sending them customers (before i found out they sucked so badly). i have witnessed the ghetto staff drinking beer during business hours, WHILE customers were on the premises...then they proceeded to go out and greet approaching customer smelling of alcohol. they were a bunch of homophobic men that basically made derogatory statements about men they assumed were gay that came to purchase a vehicle....unknowingly making the comments in front of another gay man. the owner would never return any of my calls in regard to his slackness in turning the paperwork over to the DMV to tranfer my tags over. also, i traded my car in to them in december, my old finance company called me in feb-march asking about my car payment, due to the fact the owner never contacted them to pay off my previous loan!
