I would not recommend. They made a policy up after our kids were enrolled. We took our children between 12-2pm and were informed the day when we brought them in that we could not anymore. UNPROFESSIONAL. They say a letter is in the mail. Aren't I paying you for when I need services vs. you telling me what works for you? That was do to staffing so that tells me you meet the min. requirements which I wanted above average. I mean you receive monies for meals from the GOV. Wasn't my money going for staffing. It worked out because after the first few days I was already looking for a new provider. I felt like if you can't conform to their childrearing ideas and I knew that wasn't going to work for me. We allow our kids the to freedom to think and make decisions. They seem constrained and closed minded in many ways. My daughter likes to dress herself in princesses outfits and I got a disapproving response and look from staff. They appear to have that worker do as your told attitude and don't question the rules. Unfortunately like many southern individuals...NO comments I grew up here. I want my children to experience, explore and be individuals not a terrified do as your told or god's wrath and my hand. They never touched my kids but their personality seemed that of I sure wish I could . So if you raise your child with strict by the book rules you will be fine. As I said it worked out fine because since day one I was looking for other daycares. Sadly NC has a very poor public school system ratings and most daycares will follow into that system. Again yes I grew up here and have realized we need to place them in private school system. By the way nannies are the same price and you have them at your home. We use my aunt. You can't beat it. One BIG thing to note our kids never came home excited about the facility and when asked what they did for the day. They never seemed to mention anything that was educational or productive for them. When we picked them up they were sitting in front of the computer with the teacher. Why not outside or drawing just anything creative. So as I said if you are strict by the rules kind of family they will do well at this facility.
