Ramzey is thee best salesperson ever!!!!!!! he helped me buy a kitchen table for me and my husband and I remember you lady she came in and ramzey went to go help her and she was just rude and don't GET me wrong I shouldn't be eavesdropping but she was loud and poor ramzey he was so nice. The lady with the bad review is full of donkeys manure. last word ramzey is just splendid

Contrary to the last review, I highly recommend Lathrop Furniture!! Ramsey was my salesperson and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable and will most definatly go back for more! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our furniture and the fact that we saved almost $600 off the closest competitor! We'll never shop a big store chain again! Supporting local business has never been easier!! Thanks again Ramsey!

BUYER BEWARE!! I happened to stop at this place and found what I was looking for. The salesman Ramsey wrote up the order and kept it on hold until I came back with my credit card (I didn't have it on me). I returned only to be told that he couldn't find the written order and would have to re-do it.



This time it was $500 more!! I said how could that be??! It's the same three items! He tries to tell me that this particular wooden daybed's parts are sold seperately and he wasn't aware of it. Really??! Try again, because that's not true. It's sold as one unit. It's like giving me a price on a dresser and then coming back with a higher price because you weren't aware that the knobs were sold seperately. So I told him I knew that wasn't true...perhaps he was referring to a spring or trundle, which I know is additional. He unconvincingly says "yeah, that's what I mean." Okay then, how much is the spring? It's $89. Well how did we go from $89 to $500 difference then??! He could not explain. All he could say was that he could not honor the quoted, written down price. It was the extra $500 and that was the best he could do. Really?? I could understand if he made a mistake and misquoted me on something. But to make a mistake of that magnitude and then be DISHONEST about it???! Not good! Much less when you are having a Grand Opening and starting off your business.



I don't trust this business at all. If they can't even be efficient in giving you an accurate quote, much less honor it, or even at the slightest be honest...then they don't deserve to open the doors to the public as far as I'm concerned. I don't recommend this place to anyone! Save yourself the grief, shop elsewhere like I did.

Went with my mom to purchase a new couch and had a great experience. The owners were friendly and helpful and the delivery was quick! I would definitely shop here again!
