We have worked with Bill Richardson of BWD to install window treatments in two different homes over the past 10 years. Bill is a pleasure to work with and we have appreciated both his technical and design skills. His estimates and installation timeframes are right on -- And, he is very professional and easy to communicate with. Excellent experience - start to finish. We e-mailed Boston Window Designs (BWD) on a Saturday night and received an e-mail back the next morning. Our first meeting to review samples was very satisfying. Bill from BWD was knowledgeable regarding product and happy to recommend/explain styles, fixtures, colors and textures from different suppliers, and varying budgets. We made our selection and a week later scheduled the fitting. On the day, Bill was the model of efficiency, laying out the treatments (more than 20 blinds). The installation took just over an hour and afterwards he disposed of the empty packaging. Bill was excellent. He was our contact throughout the process and was the epitome of professionalism. Truthfully, we had expected the quote to be higher, and were delighted with the final total. The product is guaranteed and BWD will come out and fix any problems (not that we for see any issues). I recommend BWD to everyone for blinds, treatments and door screens.
