Very clean and very approachable staff. I just joined today.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was talked into getting a membership and I regret it so much. I've only been a member for a week but today when I went it was so packed I couldn't work out. I had to step over people to get in the gym. It was hot and sweaty in there...I imagine snap fitness is what prison feels like. When we complained to the owner he basically told us to come back another time. Being as I have a 1 year old, my time to work out is limited. He wouldn't help at all. I kind of got the vibe he was a bad person when we signed up but I figured I could ignore him. He's one of those middle aged men trying to be younger, when in fact it's annoying and it ages him. He's so fake and annoyingly loud. Ugh, I hate this place.

So I go to Snap fitness yesterday,with trying to get healthy,I want to see about getting involved with a local gym to help increase my weight loss.The owner was beyond a doosh bag.After insulting me by saying I looked like my boyfriends mother, he bashed my sugury, told me I couldnt work out unless I eat carbos, and the creep didnt even know the weight limit for the treadmills and machinery he has at the place.Then after the "online 7 days free to try" I mentioned, he continued to try and get me to buy a year membership,ignoring me wanting to check out the gym before commiting to it.He woouldnt look me in the eyes, and talked about my weight to my boyfriend like I wasnt there.I walked out of the place and cut him off before he could finish degrading me.Just goes to show how ignorant people are in that field..I will never go to another gym again.

Great Experience from Great Staff. WOW! These guys are good. The small gym family atmosphere really helped me feel at ease and wanting to go to the gym. Every trainer knows my name as well as the owner and other staff. I recomend Snap Fitness - Queen Creek to all my friends.
