Having your cooling system fail on a major road trip is not fun. However, Brooks towed the car, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me back on the road in three hours. I was impressed by their honesty--no attempt was made to "upsell" me on more expensive repairs, but the actual problem (thermostat failure) was addressed completely and efficiently.
