However, as with all technology, there is a certain chance of failure in any part at any time that cannot be avoided. In effort to keep prices as low as possible Computer Repair Anywhere only guarantees its services and parts against problems caused by improper installation or repair by our technician(s). We do NOT guarantee against damage due to acts of God, damage caused on purpose, by neglect, nor by accident. A guarantee is also provided for the initial 30 days (from the date of delivery) against manufacturer defects of individual parts, said guarantee includes free replacement of reported defective parts within that period of time. Individual manufacturers also may provide warranties on their parts far beyond the guarantee provided by Computer Repair Anywhere. If you feel that your parts purchased through Computer Repair Anywhere are still under warranty but you are unsure, you may contact us (free of charge) for your parts warranty period and how to go about securing a replacement under the manufacturer warranty. Some manufacturer warranties are limited lifetime warranties so do not be afraid to contact us. We are also committed to your education about the problems you face so that you can have the tools and knowledge necessary to help you avoid/prevent problems you have encountered from reoccurring. If a software problem that we have remedied reoccurs within the initial 30 days of service we will re-service the problem at no cost to you.
