This salon is truly hit or miss.My wife was treated very poorly here. I bought a gift certificate for her, paying extra for a master stylist. When my wife went for her cut, the so-called "master stylist" named Liz, looked back and forth at my wife's hair and her watch, huffing and puffing. She complained my wife's hair was too long. My wife left ended up leaving the salon because she was afraid the master stylist would intentionally give her a bad haircut.Conversely, I'm a guy who does not find getting a haircut a pleasure. I rushed in for a shampoo and haircut without an appointment. At Providence Place, the young woman who cut my hair, Laura T., actually was incredible. She was very helpful in helping me pick out a hair product that helped keep the cut styled. It may have been the BEST haircut I've ever had. I was lucky. I gave the girl my phone number, asking her if she changes salons to please let me know.My suggestion is to ask for Laura, and avoid the master stylists.

I was very satisfied with the cut of my hair after I had to go back to have her fix the way she cut it the first time. The color was absolutely horrible and it cost a fortune. I was also there for five hours and half of the time waited around and watched as my hairdresser took people in for cuts....I guess to get those extra tips.
