This place is a great place to go if you're looking for a vehicle. The staff is Great with free oil changes you can't beat that. I am enjoying my vehicle. Very pleased with the experience I had at DeFilippo Brothers Motor Cars in Prospect Park, Pa.. Looking for a car a great place to go.

ZERO stars is what I wish I could have rated this place of operation that is expanding like a pandemic in delco....I would like to warn anyone condsiering or contemplaying purchasing a car from ths so called "auto dealer" stay as far away from this place as possible. Overcharged loved one in family for a used car ( more than a new car) , weekly payments, lock device on car that SHRIEKS each friday like a migraine ev so many minutes after 12 pm to "let you know " payment is due that day ...no car fax offered as other dealers... she could have bought 2 cars like it at other dealers for same price as for one there and after payment was paid off she had to wait over a MONTH to get this ignition "jail device" removed from the from their service place because they were "booked up". How they can sleep at night is beyond me!! She ( relative who purchased) was initially shown video when interested in purchasing the car to "improve" credit standing significantly as she had little but not bad credit ...yet this is incorrectly exaggerated and presumptous as it beared nothing positive on her credit status after her payments werre completed...
.. I am upset for her....she is a great family member who was warned not to go there but did out of desperation and was promised the moon and stars and before knew it signed shady but legal contract and was gullible for that moment. DFAS finacially drained her for 2.5 years as she struggled to make expensive weekly payments on time on limited income--their targets-- (appx. $100 per week for 2.5 years) . ONLY place in PA to have this horrible lock system that can basically shut down your car if not paid on 8th day. Could go on and on-- also when lock system removed there were major problems with starting the car. We are not 100% sure of course... if the removal damaged "anything" and couldn't prove it and they had no compassion whatsoever -- this last dig and the professionalism NOT displayed is beyond disgraceful.. Also loved one had to keep getting codes in order to keep car running even after she had car paid off before the ignition lock removal occured. It saddens me that places of business are allowed to operate in the US esp in PA and are geared to the most financially vulnerable. Many cannot keep up payments and fall behind ( bc of also the repairs they have to make to these cars out of pocket along the way as many things tend to go on them almost immediately) and therefore lose the car after investing WELL more than the car was initially worth!! Please read this experience and take it as the 100 % truth if you are considering a car from there and also know if something happens to car (even under horrible expensive warranty they sell which covers so little and costs so much) that you are basically left out in the cold.... and will still owe them weekly because this car, once off lot, is worthless to them to resell but the payments are obligatory from YOU for the 2.5 years and very profitable to them and you sign so many rights away including arbitration agreements you have no recourse in the court systems. Apparently ( acc to more than on e previous customer who sprung for carfaxes after the fact to obtain history information on them) they buy bulk used car fleets from the auctions for pennies on the $$ and sell them for at least 2 times the book price of the car....

I DIDNT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO PUT DOWN AND MY CREDIT IS NOT THE BEST THEU WAS STILL ABLE TO DRIVE AWAY IN THE CAR I WANTED. Thanks guys!!!

To be honest I have bad credit and Defilippos were willing to work with me and also got me into a nice vehicle. I was working with Troy and I think he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We laughed the whole time I was there. It was a great experience for me and I am very happy with my purchase

My time with Chris and Dave was very amazing! They treated me with respect and courtesy. They were kind and very helpful in choosing the right car for me and even delivered it to me at work. I had a small problem at first but the service center people were also very nice and speedy to fix the problem and get me right back on the road

Went to Deflippo Brothers to get a used car due to the fact that I dont have a perfect credit score. Not only did they get me into a car they also gave me a few tips on how to improve my score on my own. They also got me in and out with in a reasonable amount of time, unlike most car dearlerships. My overall experiece was great!

Defilippo Brothers made me feel at home from the time I saw their ad on TV. The young lady I spoke with, Ashley, walked me through and answered any and every question I had. They worked with me and treated my husband and I like family even though we didn't walk in the door with a ton of money.

I just bought a car here about 2 weeks ago and am thrilled! I went to another dealership and they gave me nothing but the run around. Everyone I dealt with here was extremely nice and they helped me even though I have horrible credit. My only complaint is that the process took a bit long, but in the end, it was worth it. I would certainly go here again.

It was a lovely feeling here today. Everyone makes you feel like your right at home and that your are #1! I was happy with that and the whole experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Basically what they do is sell you a $500-$1000 car for $10,000 and then give you ridiculously high payment. I recently said “F it” and just dropped the car back off at the lot. (2006 Scion tC with nearly 100k miles) I was desperate and needed a car when I went to them. I had bad credit. They take advantage of desperate people. I went to Fellah Auto on Bishop Ave in Springfield and they got me in a 2015 Kia Optima with 20,000 miles for $150 cheaper a month. Go there. DO NOT COME HERE. THERE IS MORE OPTIONS THAN YOU THINK. All buy here pay here dealerships are scams and I will never recommend one to anyone. And DeFilippo, shame on you, I don’t know how any of you sleep at night.
