We used Anderson Roofing while having an addition and remodel done. The construction company doing the remodel was impressed at how fast and well done they did the job. This was 5 years ago and we are without problems. I can understand the previous reviewer being upset that they received such an unpleasant message even before the check was due. I also know that small companies struggle when people are slow to no pay. They had probably been burned a few times. They could have handled it better. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend them.

We selected Anderson's for the price and through other review sites. The crew was fast, friendly, and roof appears to great. 20 Days after having the roof installed we received a call from the office saying that if we didn't pay by the 30 day point, they would void our warranty of the roof. I explained that we are awaiting a check from our insurance, and they responded with "well if we know that you are working on we are okay with that, we just have a lot of people dragging their feet on payment so we tell them that we are going to void their warranty." This type of threatening and intimidation is unacceptable, our bill isn't even due for 10 days still! I would never deal with this company again.To top it off, they only take credit card payment in person at the Preston WA location, and only allow a max. payment of $5000.00 on a credit card. You can only pay between 7am and 1pm Monday through Friday. Thats crazy.
