First price- Eh, not the best but could be much worse for sure. I mean, electricity has never been cheap. Considering all the appliances I run regularly, my high bill is understandable. I do wish it were more consistent.

NOW, FOR THE REAL ISSUES, their "customer support for their website is horrendous. I have called there several time due to their website not functioning correctly and received absolutely useless help from an associate that was downright rude. She tried to tell me it was my fault and that I needed to learn my password when I had already told her several times that the issue was not related to the actual log-in screen at all (don't get me wrong, I'm no computer genius, but I am a 27 years old who group up with computers in the home and have worked in the business industry including assisting with troubleshooting IT problems -lets just say I know my way around computers).
To add to my frustration, I have moved twice in the last year. I thought the absolute rude attitude I got the first time I moved was "just a bad day" and tried to give the representative a break. NOPE. She was rude this time too... I don't expect u to love your job, but do not be sharp with me and tell me you are having trouble understanding me (no accents involved in this situation) in an annoyed tone. I'm certain the real problem is the fact that your coworkers are laughing so hard that I can distinctly hear their individual voices. Address it with THEM. it pains me to complain, as I worked in customer service for a short time and was bothered at people who didn't just talk with us but this has been too many times to ignore. I am the customer. Without customers, you're without a job sweetheart...so get an attitude adjustment! (Hide)
