Traci is my muscles' new best friend! My neck & shoulders have been a tight mess for years and after several massages from several different places, she is THE one. Her education came through - in our first meeting she asked a lot of questions about my everyday life ergonomics. Then she did a very simple physical analysis which no masseuse has ever done to me before. That tells me she is ultimately concerned about muscle health, not just an hour of feeling nice (though she can do that too). Traci detected my neck and shoulders as chronic tightness so she also suggested she do some stretching techniques. When I was done I bought a gift certificate for my husband which will be for relaxation and Im going to make myself another appointment for next week.
